However, I had the option to receive a refund and do not have to spend postage to return the item.Although the product didn’t work, I do applaud their customer service, if they do in fact, promptly issue a refund. That is why I gave them 3 stars even though the item didn’t work.Works perfectlyAll I care about is that it worked! I haven't had this cable for more than a day, but it is working. And the price was great.Cables to Go is the brand I always turn to for quality...this works great for what I purchased it for - setting up a wireless printer (the printer instructions recommend using a cable for the initial set-up, even though you plan on using later wirelessly). Found the cheapest price right here on Amazon, you will pay more than twice this at a big box store.Hope I didn't duplicate this one. I mean, I have Fiber Optic internet, but maybe its my modem?Either way, that doesn't matter. What does matter is I decided to buy this because I know anything wired will be faster than anything wireless. This cable works, just as expected!The cable feels pretty durable, its long, and it's cheap. I can easily recommend this if someone needs it.Needed a longer cable for my Canon TS6020 printer.
